About
Darriell Bone, Independent Workplace Solutions LLC founder, is a 9-year United States Army veteran and retired law enforcement professional with over 20 years of investigative experience, specializing in workplace investigations and police use of force.
Since May of 2021, Mr. Bone has been an executive member of the Albuquerque, New Mexico External Force Investigation Team (EFIT). Mr. Bone has helped facilitate and lead the training and mentoring of Use of Force Investigators and conducting root-cause analysis of barriers to timelines, process and quality.
Prior to serving with EFIT, Mr. Bone was a Commander of the Professional Standards Bureau (PSB) of a 3000+ employee law enforcement agency. During his tenure with the PSB, he conducted and oversaw over 2000 internal investigations.
